It’s been another wonderful year for us at Salon Business Solutions, and we’re overjoyed to announce that we are proud winners and finalists of several prestigious awards. Lux Life Perfect Gift Awards: Cruelty-Free Hair Product Retailers of the Year 2024 – UK 

We’re kicking off our list of accomplishments with a major highlight, we are proud winners of the Lux Life Perfect Gift Awards 2024 for Cruelty-Free Hair Product Retailers of the Year. One of our top priorities is providing high-quality, cruelty-free products to our customers, regardless of hair types or styles, and this award is a testament to the values that are most important to us.  

We are honoured to be recognised for this award, as we pride ourselves in delivering haircare that is vegan and cruelty-free, whilst still providing high-quality results. We take all measures possible to ensure that the brands we partner with use sustainable and certified organic ingredients, and we are continuing to expand our range of products that’s packaging are made using recycled materials. 

We want to thank Lux Life for this incredible honour and to be featured alongside other incredible nominees of the Lux Life Perfect Gift Awards. In 2025 we hope to continue and expand our efforts towards providing cruelty-free haircare, as it is such an integral part of our industry. Lux Life Health, Beauty and Wellness Awards: Cruelty-Free Hair Product Retailers of the Year 2024 – UK 

In addition to our win in the Lux Life Perfect Gift Awards, we are delighted to announce that we were also awarded Cruelty-Free Hair Product Retailers of the Year in the Lux Life Health, Beauty and Wellness Awards 2024. This is once again a fantastic honour, and is a true testament to the work our team do to provide the very best cruelty-free products.  

The health and beauty industry is undergoing constant change and development, so it’s evermore important for industry professionals and salon owners to implement sustainable practices, including using products that are vegan and cruelty-free. This award is reflective of the work our amazing team do to provide our customers with the highest quality eco-friendly hair products, and we hope to continue to expanding our offerings in the future. E2 Media – Award of Excellence 2024 

In addition to the two wins from Lux Life, we were also honoured with the E2 Media Award of Excellence 2024. This award celebrates outstanding achievements in business, innovation, and leadership within the beauty and wellness industries. It recognises companies that have demonstrated excellence in their services, customer relations, and the overall impact they have on their sectors.  

Receiving the E2 Media Award of Excellence is a significant milestone for us, as it recognises our position as an industry leader in providing the highest quality eco-friendly hair products. We are thankful to our team, our loyal customers and community for all your support, and we hope to continue to strive for innovation and excellence in everything we do.  
 

Chaser – Accounts Receivable Excellence Awards 2024 – Finalist for Outstanding Innovation Award 

To round off our list of 2024 achievements, we are extremely proud to have been named a finalist for the Outstanding Innovation Award in the Chaser Accounts Receivable Excellence Awards 2024. Chaser is a well-respected platform for streamlining accounts receivable, and their recognition of our innovation in credit management is a testament to the forward-thinking solutions we have implemented to optimise our business operations. 

This nomination highlights our ability to innovate and improve our credit management practices, so that we have faster payments and better cash flow management. We are thrilled to be recognised in this area of our business also, as it showcases that we are innovating in all areas of our business.
